Vad är en personuppgift?

Varför samlar vi in personuppgifter?

I kommande avsnitt kommer du att kunna ta del av varför och vilka personuppgifter vi behandlar beroende på vad du gör på vår hemsida. För att underlätta för dig som läser vår integritetspolicy har vi valt att dela in avsnitten i olika delar av vår hemsida och hur dessa behandlar dina personuppgifter.

Vilka personuppgifter samlar vi in vid beställningar/köp?

När du beställer/köper varor av oss behöver vi behandla personuppgifter. Syftet med behandlingen av personuppgifter är för att vi ska kunna leverera beställd/köpt vara/varor till dig, inklusive avisering om leverans eller kontakt gällande leverans. För att kunna leverera en beställd/köpt vara/varor behöver vi behandla namn, betalinformation (till exempel transaktionsreferens, transaktionstidspunkt), orderinformation (till exempel vilken vara som beställts eller om varan ska levereras till en specifik adress), kontaktuppgifter så som adress, mailadress och telefonnummer.

Ovan nämnda personuppgifter behandlas också för att vi på bästa sätt ska kunna hantera returer av beställd/köpt vara/varor. De behövs även för att vi ska kunna hantera reklamation- och garantiärenden.

Vilka personuppgifter samlar vi in via kontaktformulär?

Som besökare på vår hemsida finns det flera sätt att kontakta oss. Via kontaktformulär kan du kontakta oss gällande de allra flesta ärendena så som order, reklamation eller övrigt med tillhörande meddelande i fritext. Lagring av personuppgifter

Behandlingen av personuppgifter sker enligt gällande lagstiftning och innebär att lagring av personuppgifter inte sker under en längre tid än vad som är nödvändigt med hänsyn till ändamålet av behandlingen. Du har rätt att invända mot den personuppgiftsansvarigas behandling av dina personuppgifter (t.ex. den behandling som baseras på den personuppgiftsansvariga berättigade intressen). Vid invändning mot behandling får personuppgiftsansvariga endast fortsätta att behandla uppgifterna om det går att påvisa att det finns avgörande berättigande skäl till att personuppgifterna måste behandlas som väger tyngre än dina intressen, rättigheter och friheter eller om behandling sker för att fastställa, försvara eller utöva rättsliga anspråk. Du har alltid rätt att invända mot att personuppgifter används för direkt marknadsföring och kan göras när som helst.

Du har rätt till begränsning

Du har rätt till att begränsa de personuppgifter som finns lagrade hos oss i enlighet med de lagstiftade villkoren. Det innebär att vi inte ska samla in mer personuppgifter än vad som är nödvändigt för att uppfylla ändamålet och att du kan säkerställa att det uppfylls.

Du har rätt till dataportabilitet
